Ownership: As of April 2017, Kerrand! Magazine, webdsite and music awards was sold by Bauer Media Group to Wasted Talent, formerly Mixmag Media. Bauer Media will retain the rights in the UK and Europe "to continue broadcasting Kerrang! radioand Kerrang! TV".
